Art has always been my obsession….whether in appreciating or executing.
I studied photography at Columbia and began as a portraitist. I WAS fortunate to have had two exhibitions…one on my work with Mary Ellen Mark in India and later, portraits. I began drawing about ten years ago and am self-taught. I find the human figure the most challenging and inspirational subject and hope this is reflected in my work. This is my first exhibition at Portals Ltd. of drawings that date from 1996 to the present.
